Dear Neighbors,
We received notice the tennis courts repair company is scheduled to return the week of Monday, August 15th. All repairs should be completed by the end of the week, August 19th. During this time, the tennis courts will remain closed. Thanks for your patience.

Tennis Court Update 7/26/22
Good Morning Tonkawa Springs Neighbors,
We received a call from the tennis court vendor regarding the repairs scheduled for today Tuesday July 26th. That service has been pushed to Thursday July 28th due to material delays.After the cracks are filled, the courts will be useable. They do suggest owners wait until Saturday to use the tennis courts.
We will continue to keep you posted via our website and Town Sq.
7/25/22 Tennis Court Announcement
We received notice the tennis court patch repairs are scheduled to start tomorrow, Tuesday July 26, 2022. During this time, the tennis courts will be CLOSED. Once the patch repairs are complete the courts will reopen on Wednesday, July 27th.
The following week August 1st the company will return to install the new rubber. During this time, the courts will be closed. Once an updated schedule is received, we will post another announcement to keep the community informed.
Slow Down to 25 mph
Some of the nicest things about our neighborhood are not only our neighbors, but the large lot sizes, beautiful trees and yards. With school out, its so much fun to be out jogging, walking and riding bikes, taking advantage of our gorgeous surroundings. You may have noticed that many neighbors are enjoying these activities with their children and dogs.
Please be careful with your speed when driving in and out of the neighborhood. Remember its 25 mph. Please do your part to keep everyone safe!
2023 Yards of the Month
Tonkawa Springs Social Committee for many years has celebrated on a monthly basis “YARD OF THE MONTH”. This recognition is a way of saying thank-you for all the hard work that neighbors have invested in their property. A sign is placed in the front yard on the first of each month as a way to show appreciation for their contributions to our beautiful neighborhood:

As promised, the Tonkawa Springs HOA Board is processing feedback concerning the Deed Restrictions, and would like to take the pulse of the neighborhood on a few topics through this brief survey. Thank you to all the Homeowners who read the proposed deed restrictions and came out to share opinions, ask questions, and engage with the Board and the community. We know many were unable to attend and are curious about the topics discussed in those meetings. The Board has created the following question and answer document to summarize topics raised during and across all four sessions.
The feedback has resulted in some changes the Board will be making to the deed restrictions. As such, we have decided to delay the vote until later in the year.
