Welcome to our Community! This is the site for the Tonkawa Springs neighborhood homeowners’ association in Round Rock, Texas.
We are a small community of 141 single family homes nestled on the west side of I-35, off Sam Bass road near Walsh Middle School. Tonkawa Springs is a deed restricted community.
Children in our neighborhood are zoned for Old Town Elementary, Walsh Middle, and Round Rock High School.
Tonkawa Springs began as a neighborhood in the late 1970s, and we have lovely natural springs creeks, and ponds accessible from many properties. There is a tennis court and common area with pond and fishing access for use of property owners and their guests only.
In preparation for our general meeting in October 2025, the Board is seeking candidates for 2026 officer positions (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer) and up to seven (7) general board member positions. The Board is also seeking up to three (3) candidates for the 2026 Architectural Control Committee.
