Draft – Deed Restrictions Updates
Thank you to all the Homeowners who read the proposed deed restrictions and came out to share opinions, ask questions, and engage with the Board and the community. We know many were unable to attend and are curious about the topics discussed in those meetings. The Board has created the following question and answer document to summarize topics raised during and across all four sessions.
The feedback has resulted in some changes the Board will be making to the deed restrictions. As such, we have decided to delay the vote until later in the year.
