Temporary Suspension of the Pond Remediation Plan
Dear neighbors,
After receiving feedback from the Association’s legal counsel, the TSHOA Board is temporarily suspending the vote for the Pond Remediation plan. We will take the necessary time to streamline the plan in order to bring it into better compliance with the current Deed Restrictions and Bylaws, while exploring cost sharing options for ongoing responsibility for electricity as well as possible opportunities for outside assistance. We appreciate so much the enthusiastic interest that many residents have already demonstrated in this initiative, and promise to submit a revised version of this plan as soon as we are able!
