Luminaries – Dec 23rd

The Luminaries are back! For anyone new to Tonkawa Springs, this is a long-standing neighborhood tradition. This year, with a new twist! We welcome everyone to gather in the Commons from 3-5 PM on December 23rd. Come, make your home’s luminary and take it home with you! The social committee will make the remaining ones and distribute.

Cocoa and cider will be served!

Cookie Exchange! – Dec 15, RSVP by Dec 14

We will host our annual Cookie Exchange in the Commons at 2pm on Sunday, December 15. Remember to bring 2 1/2 dozen cookies and an empty container for the cookies you will be taking home!

We are asking people to RSVP by Saturday, December 14 to Jenny Halley at 512-585-7071 or jenannhalley@gmail.com. We will cancel if we don’t get any RSVPs or plan for a different location if the weather does not cooperate!

Come on out and enjoy everyone’s baking! We also need judges!

Santa Parade! – Dec 7th

It’s that time of year! The Sam Bass Fire Department is going to be coming through our Neighborhood again this year! It’s Santa on a Fire Truck! What could be more fun for the kids! They will be driving through our neighborhood sometime after 10:00 am on Saturday, December 7th!

Social Committee Survey

As expenses continue to rise everywhere for everything, the TSHOA Social Committee wants to hear from you regarding the activities you think the HOA should continue to hold (or not). Please use this link to access the survey. Similar to the ballot, please limit responses to two per household – a “Divided Household” is fine – we want to hear from all perspectives.

2024 General Meeting

The 2024 General Meeting will be 10/15 at 5:00 PM at the Tennis Courts. The agenda has been added to our Events Page! As noted, no board positions are contested. The only item for vote is the approval of the 2023 Meeting. Ballots were sent electronically to all who have an email address on file. Paper copies were sent out to those who do not have an email address in file and will also be available at the meeting. The newsletter also contains the meeting minutes for the 2023 General Meeting for review. As this contains meeting minutes and names, the newsletter is being posted to TownSq.

Electronic voting is available here. Ballots may be dropped at 1705 Still Meadow Cove prior to the meeting or turned in at the meeting.

Legal Update
