New Fine Policy Now in Effect January 2023

In December 2022 the TSHOA Board of Directors passed unanimously a new Fine Policy. The fine policy, now in effect, was provided for in the amended by-laws in 2014 and updated by-laws of 2021 as a means of enforcing the deed restrictions. The Fine Policy is attached to this email and is also located on the Tonkawa Springs website, www.tonkawasprings.org under Official Documents, then under Deed Restrictions and Bylaws.
